The scope of service is to provide the complete cleaning services to all Energy Community Secretariat’s facilities within its rent areas.
The purpose of this audit is to provide an objective and independent assessment of: - The reliability, fairness and appropriateness of the financial statements and of the related management representations, including the actual expenditure incurred and the revenue received by the Energy Community for the financial years 2022-2025 , in particular as regards their conformity with the applicable legal and financial framework of the Energy Community; and - The use of Energy Community funds provided by the Parties to the Treaty, in conformity with the applicable rules and procedures. - The adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system and the correct allocation of expenditure between ordinary and extraordinary budget.
The objective of this study is to comprehensively assess flexibility needs and solutions in the power systems of the Energy Community Contracting Parties, and to propose solutions that will facilitate renewable energy sources integration and transition to the carbon-neutral energy sector in different scenarios for the Energy Community Contracting Parties in a cost-efficient and secure way. The term “flexibility” in this context means the ability of all power system resources/facilities, including generation, storage, interconnectors, and demand-response, to adjust the electricity output and consumption to maintain nominal frequency at all times.
