Through a Service Level Agreement, the Energy Community shall select a service provider to support its IT infrastructure on hardware and server level. The internal IT infrastructure service defined in the procurement document is to be provided and supported by the tenderer.
The objective of the Project is to support a number of interested Contracting Parties, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine and potentially Montenegro to put in place electronic system for GOs to manage the issuance, transfer and cancellation of GOs in line with the RES Directive and REDII.
After over 15 years of membership in the Energy Community, the Contracting Parties known as the Western Balkan 6 (WB6 ) have come to a decisive point in their energy sector development. Even more than for the rest of Europe, they face serious challenges. But they also display opportunities. The purpose of the consultancy sought by the present Terms of Reference is to conceptualize a regional approach to the energy transition which supports the Western Balkan 6 in responding to the challenges by using their strengths, assets and opportunities in the most efficient manner.
The objective of the study is to provide transmission system operators (TSOs), NRAs and Ministries in charge of energy with an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the implementation of the 70% target and to offer technically and economically optimal ways to satisfy this requirement in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. The study shall provide support to the TSOs and NRAs in the EnC CPs in their future activities associated with the 70 % target fulfilment, especially related to the calculation of 70 % target fulfilment, the monitoring process, identification of structural congestions in their power transmission networks and preparation of the action plans needed for possible derogation decisions.
The Energy Community organises around 80 events annually at the premises of its Secretariat, with a number of participants between 10-60 persons per each event. Within this context, the catering service is required to support the Energy Community events. The Energy Community events take place on a regular basis throughout the calendar year, therefore it is of utmost importance to establish framework agreement(s) that allow the Energy Community to collaborate with qualified and reliable catering providers.
The scope of services is to provide the complete Travel Management Services to the Energy Community Secretariat in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor shall provide professional solution of the highest standards to carry out the Services. The Services shall be quoted based on unit rates for the required services.
The purpose of this audit is to provide an objective and independent assessment of: The reliability, fairness and appropriateness of the financial statements and of the related management representations, including the actual expenditure incurred and the revenue received by the Energy Community for the financial years 2023-2026 , in particular as regards their conformity with the applicable legal and financial framework of the Energy Community; and The use of Energy Community funds provided by the Parties to the Treaty, in conformity with the applicable rules and procedures. The adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system and the correct allocation of expenditure between ordinary and extraordinary budget
Provision of support to the Energy Community Secretariat in assessing targets and policies and measures proposed for selected sectors* in the draft integrated national energy and climate plans (NECPs) of the Energy Community Contracting Parties
The overall objective of this project is to facilitate the uptake of renewables PPAs in the Energy Community CPs to facilitate the deployment of renewable energy sources needed to meet energy and climate targets as well as providing secure and clean energy to citizens.
