Worum geht es?

Caritas Österreich (Caritas Austria) is planning to award service contracts to qualified evaluators for an external evaluation of the ongoing programme YourJob, implemented in the countries Albania (AL), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo (KS), Serbia (RS). The programme is co-financed by Austrian Development Agency (ADA), Aktion Revovabis eV, Medicorfoundation, Secours Catholique/Caritas France and own contributions of Caritas Austria. Following the project’s objectives, activities are carried out in each of the above mentioned countries. Activities are carried out by one up to four implementing organisations per country. Caritas Austria is responsible for the overall co-ordination
