The authority has a requirement for up to 6 x 4 year contracts to deliver Army Winter Sports Association (AWSA) exercises. Exercises are: — spartan hike (Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting an estimated 450 competitors and 40 officials),— rucksack (the British Army and inter-service cross country and biathlon ski championships for up to 200 athletes and 40 officials),— pipedown (Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting an estimated 400 competitors and 40 officials),— Lions Challenge (British Army Alpine ski Championships hosting approximately 120 athletes, 25 officials and 100 sponsors and VIPs),— telemark Titan (telemark ski training and competitions hosting up to 150 competitors and 15 officials), and— snowjack (snowboarding events for up to an estimated 250 competitors each year).

The authority have a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of venue, services and facilities for Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting an estimated 450 competitors (150 Alpine and 300 Nordic) and 40 authority officials per year.
Provision of Services and Facilities for Exercise rucksack 2020-2023
The authority has a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of a venue and facilities for the GBR Army and inter-service cross country and biathlon ski championships for 200 athletes and 40 officials.
Provision of Services and Facilities for Exercise Pipedown 2020-2023
The authority has a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of venue, services and facilities for Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting up to an estimated 400 competitors and 40 Authority officials per year.

The authority has a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of a venue, services and facilities for British Army Alpine Ski Championships hosting approximately 120 athletes, 15 officials and 100 sponsors and VIPs.
Provision of Services and Facilities for Exercise Telemark Titan 2020-2023
The authority has a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of a venue, services and facilities for Telemark ski training and racing competitions hosting up to 165 personnel comprised of 150 competitors and 15 officials for up to 15 days in January of each year.
Provision of Services and Facilities for Exercise Snowjack 2020-2023
The authority has a requirement for a 4-year contract for the provision of a venue, services and facilities for snowboarding competitions hosting up to an estimated 250 competitors per year.
