Worum geht es?

WATER and SANITATION SECTOR ENGAGEMENT To optimise the quality of ADA's project and programme portfolio and to advance the strategic development of the water and sanitation sector engagement of Austrian Development Cooperation, ADA intends to draw onspecific expertise through a framework contract to support project partners, the BMEIA and other development policy actors to deal with specific challengeswith a focus on Albania, the Republic of Moldova, Mozambique, Palestine and Uganda. Typical technical assistance services to be performed under the framework contract are: - policy advice as well as support to organisational capacity development, - support to ADA partners in the preparation of sector programmes or projects, - conducting assessments and studies as well as consulting on special technical issues. As applicable, the services must be performed in close cooperation with local institutions and experts and implemented in close cooperation with the ADA Coordination Offices (COOs).
