Worum geht es?

The object of the present tender is to request a quotation for the design and construction of the French Pavilions organized by Business France in Europe in 2023-2024 and possibly 2025 and 2026.The bidder should propose a design with the most satisfactory technical arrangements and materials for building the pavilion, and the most environment-friendly solutions at the best price. This tender concerns the French Pavilions in Europe for different sectors (Agribusiness sector excepted) with at least an initial area of 150 sqm.The price per sqm must include: Design and transfer of related intellectual property rights, Production, Transportation, Construction (build-up and dismantling), Maintenance during the trade show, Cleaning at the end of build-up and dismantling, Maintenance & Storage between trade shows of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, The exhibitors management, and The relevant insurances
