The contracting authority is conducting a preliminary market consultation according to sec 24 Federal Procurement Act 2018. In this market consultation, potential interested parties are invited in prior to a procurement procedure to contribute their suggestions regarding the project implementation to the process of preparing and planning the procurement procedure.
