Saint John of God Community Services Kerry is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of painting services across various locations in County Kerry. The scope includes both internal and external painting works. Tenderers must also have the capacity to provide power washing services on an ad-hoc basis. The DPS will be established for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each. Details of the required works are outlined in the accompanying Excel document titled DPS Tender_Painting Works 2006–2027. All areas highlighted in yellow must be completed by the Tenderer. Failure to complete these sections will result in exclusion from the evaluation process. Responses must include the completed DPS Tender workbook and must be sent by the DPS deadline above through the eTenders portal only. Prices must include cost of paint. Note: incomplete responses, responses sent to an alternative email address or responses received after the deadline above will not be evaluated.
