The services requested by FRA relate to the hosting of web applications (including provision of back-ups and access logs). The Agency’s current policy is to outsource internet based web applications to ensure the highest quality of services to its stakeholders. Dedicated hosting services are requested. Virtualisation technology should be used to optimise the use of the physical resources.
The subject of the contract is to provide the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) with data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues at the national level.
The overall objective of the contract is the implementation of the survey on violence against women (VAW II). All tasks carried out under this contract shall be executed respecting the relevant legislation and in compliance with the International Standard ISO 20252:2019, ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice and the WAPOR/ESOMAR Guide for Opinion Polls. The contractor will be responsible for all tasks involving the preparation and implementation of the survey, as well as processing the collected data.
The overall objective of the contract is the implementation of the EU-LGBTIQ III Survey, which will collect comparable data in twenty seven (27) European Union Member States, as well as in Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia from persons who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex or queer, on their experiences of discrimination and hate crime victimisation based on sexual orientation, sex characteristics or gender identity and/or any other protected ground, by using an open online survey.
The overall objective of the contract is to collect data on the experiences of women fleeing the war in Ukraine with respect to violence, and other human rights abuses, relating to the war. The data collection will take place in four EU Member States: Czechia, Germany, Poland and Slovakia. The contract shall also include carrying out in-depth interviews with women who have fled the war and are now residing in the four survey countries.
