The Energy Community organises between 50-70 events annually at the premises of its Secretariat, with a number of participants between 15-80 persons per each event. Within this context, the catering service is required to support the Energy Community events. The Energy Community events take place on a regular basis throughout the calendar year, therefore it is of utmost importance to establish framework agreement(s) that allow the Energy Community to collaborate with qualified and reliable catering providers.
The objective of this assignment is to establish a framework agreement with suitable service provider(s) for the provision of: a) Design and layout services (Lot 1) b) Green Printing services (Lot 2)
The specific objective of the project is to assist Distribution and Transmission System Operators in the Contracting Parties in implementation of all technical requirements set in the connection network codes through: • Setting the specific parameters left to be defined on a country level (TSO/DSO) by connection codes, • Drafting the provisions for respective DSO and TSO documents related to connection process (such as Distribution and Transmission Grid Codes) and containing technical connection requirements and parameters, • Methodologies with rationale for selection of particular technical requirements/parameters to serve as the ground for justification in future public consultations, • Identification of connection issues and related business processes which affect both TSO and DSO and require their close collaboration.

The scope of services is to provide the complete Travel Management Services to the Energy Community Secretariat in accordance with the specifications as further defined in this document. The contractor shall assess the current status in each of the Contracting Parties related to the energy used in transport sector and legislative framework relevant to the transport sector and its development. The contractor will also assess national potential of renewable energy sources to be used in transport sector. The resulting report will need to provide the recommendations to each Contracting Party on the modalities to increase share of renewable energy in the transport sector by 2030 in line with Directive (EU) 2018/2001 and GHG emission reduction.
